All about the League

The Singapore National Padel League is a new competition designed for all enthusiasts of this incredible sport.

The intention is to bring the most enjoyable competition to all those who wish to enjoy playing padel, being able to compete in the largest league in Singapore.

Players just have to sign up and play - no more messaging around trying to organise matches on your own. Match schedules will be published well ahead of time and you have full flexibility to plan it with your schedule.

The SNPL is running 2 to 3 Leagues per year, with a duration of 4 to 5 months.
- For the Fall 2026 League:
  Registration Closes: August 31st
  League dates: Sept 14th - Dec 31st
  Finals Weekend: Jan 16/17

Points will be distributed during the League and a National Ranking will be published on the website. This ranking will serve as a running ranking to move up or down Divisions in the successive leagues as well as to participate in regional leagues or tournaments.

The League will be split in 2 Categories - Open and Women - and X Divisions by level, eg.:
- Div 5: 1.5 to 2.5
- Div 4 : 2.5 to 3.0
- Div 3: 3.0 to 3.5
- Div 2: 3.5 to 4.5
- Div 1: Above 4.5

For level inquiry, please refer to the table below or ask to your club's coaches or managers. Please also refer to the National Ranking to set yourself vs the people you know.

Every division will have X groups of Y teams
- Every team will play 8 matches throughout the league, meaning almost 1 match every 2 weeks.
Locations: the matches will take place in all the clubs available in the country. See Venues for more details.

League Matches :
- Matches will happen every week from Monday to Thursday in the evening (time can change according to venue)
- The schedule will be fixed until the end of the league. Please refer to the rules and FAQ for updates and cancellations

League cost: 315$ / player, including the court fees for 8 matches, with new balls for each match (and all the organisation).

Finals Tournament :
- Every Division will see X teams qualified. X will depend on the number of groups per Division. All teams will go to a Full Bracket (with consolation).
- For Fall 2026:
  - Open 1 HEAD: Top 8
  - Open 2 Cork: Top 4 of each group
  - Open 3 Stiga: Top 4 of each group
  - Open 4 Babolat: Top 3 of each group + best 4th
  - Open 5 Black Crown: Top 5 of each group + best 6th
  - Women 1 HEAD: Top 8
  - Women 2 HEAD: Yop 8

Finals Tournament cost:
- Will be announced during the season.
- The cost will include :
  - The court fees, with new balls every match.
  - Prizes for all, according to the ranking, from the sponsor of the division
  - Entry to the Party, with food and drinks.
Cash Prizes (per team):
- Open 1:
  - Champions: 1600 SGD
  - Runners-up : 800 SGD
  - 3rd Place: 400 SGD
- Women 1:
  - Champions: 1000 SGD
  - Runners-up: 500 SGD
  - 3rd Place: 250 SGD

Points and National Ranking :
The League will provide points towards the National Ranking, based on the final ranking. This ranking will support the constitution of the next league, ie for example, the winners of Div 3 would move up to Div 2.
